Network Chapter Training ®

As an organization educates people to understand the impact of institutionalized prejudice, their program graduates want to put their new knowledge into action. Supporting those needs becomes a major component for producing optimal results, both personally and institutionally.

For the last ten years, we have interviewed program participants and organizations that have used our programs to find out what was needed in terms of program delivery and participant support. We have spent the past three years synthesizing that data to create a totally new organizational structure that does many things to support program delivery and program graduate needs.

The result is the Network chapter, a national membership organization whose mission is to educate and organize citizens locally to overcome personal and institutionalized prejudice.

A Network chapter serves three major functions:

  • Organizes program graduates to increase outreach capacities locally.
  • Connects program graduates to join with others nationally to identify pitfalls to overcoming a particular aspect of prejudice and to find solutions
  • Creates more people do the work as the success of the organization increases.
This two-day program teaches participants how to set up a local Network chapter. We work with a maximum of seventy-two participants per class.
PREREQUISITE: Must have completed the Level 3 program
