When addressing societal discriminations such as racism and sexism, people often face impediments created by internalized conditioning. In order to maintain unified, long-term relationships, participants must learned to recognize internalized conditioning and acquire tools to address it.
Level 4, Addressing Internalized Conditioning, demonstrates how to heal the internalized oppression .
Helps participants root out one's own internalized oppression by learning to identify and recognize patterns of internalized oppression in relationships and interactions with others. Offers a supportive process and group to heal the pain and reevaluate old decisions regarding oneself and one's group. Fosters a committed effort to bring this information and healing process back into our communities. Deepens the effort to overcome institutionalized prejudice in school systems, media, financial institutions, etc. in order to stop the conditioning of new generations of children.
