Recognizing the depth of institutionalized prejudice can be overwhelming. Though the job of overcoming this kind of prejudice within an institution is huge, t is achievable.
This program shows people how.

Through strategic planning, participants learn to identify what it will take to overcome racism within their community and institutions. During those processes, participants come to see the value of their individual initiative in overcoming institutionalized prejudice; they identify the place(s) where they would like to take action. Participating in this process gives hope, inspiration, and clarity of action.
